Terms of Agreement
This agreement outlines the terms by which the client household agrees to access and use the Early High School (EHS) or Late High School (LHS) digital program. It ensures that all 4C materials and login information remain private within the client household. Please read the terms below and check the box to confirm that the client household understands and agrees to them.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement
Household License – End-User Agreement

This Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to every client, purchaser, or end-user who obtains access—whether purchased directly or gifted—to the 4C, LLC (College Consulting & Career Coaching, LLC) Early High School and Late High School digital programs (“digital product,” “online program,” or “programs”).
1. Parties Covered by This Agreement
This Agreement governs the entire household receiving access to the programs, including:
-
The high school student for whom the program is intended, and
-
The supporting adults involved in the student’s planning and development (e.g., parents, guardians, caregivers, adult supporters).
If the program is purchased by someone other than the student’s parent/guardian, all terms still apply to the household and student using the access.

Family Supporter (Including Non-Household Adults)
A “Family Supporter” is defined as an adult who provides consistent guidance, encouragement, and support to the student’s college and career planning process.
A Family Supporter may be:
-
A parent or guardian,
-
A caregiver or adult living in the student’s household, or
-
A non-household adult (e.g., mentor, extended family member, godparent, or family friend) who has been intentionally designated by the purchaser or by the student’s household to serve in this supportive role.
Designated Family Supporters are permitted the same level of access as household adults solely for the purpose of supporting the student’s learning and planning process.
A designated Family Supporter is included to ensure that students who may not have a stable or consistent household support structure still have an adult champion involved in their planning process. This inclusion is meant to increase equity and support for the student, not to broaden the license for general use by multiple adults. The Family Supporter agrees to abide by all confidentiality, non-sharing, and intellectual property terms as if they were a member of the student’s household.
2. Purpose of Agreement
