Tara Bullard, MBA, PMP

Tara Bullard is a servant leader with a passion for equipping families and students with the tools to approach college and career planning with a sense of purpose and confidence.  Her goal is to empower parents and students to make informed decisions and graduate college debt-free.  Tara served her country on active duty and as a civil servant for 27 years as an IT professional.  A former Air Force officer and project manager, she holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Human Resource Development (HRDV) degree from Webster University.  She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

As the co-founder of 4C, LLC—College Consulting & Career Coaching—Tara is driven by a passion for creating positive and lasting legacy and empowering the next generation. She is laser focused on supporting families in creating strategic pathways toward purposeful, debt-free futures that leave a lasting impact.
