Twyla Hough, PhD, CCSP, CFEI

Dr. Twyla Hough is a passionate leader and educator dedicated to empowering families and students to navigate college and career planning with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She holds a Ph.D. in Family & Consumer Sciences Education from Texas Tech University, as well as a master’s and a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University—where she studied Student Affairs Administration, Marketing, and Psychology. She is also a certified career services professional (CCSP) through the National Career Development Association.

As the co-founder of 4C, LLC—College Consulting & Career Coaching—Dr. Hough prioritizes supporting families in uncovering their student's strengths, defining goals, and developing pathways toward purposeful futures by providing strategic guidance and planning support.
