Online Booking Policy College Consulting and Career Coaching, LLC By booking a consulting session with College Consulting and Career Coaching, you agree to the following policies. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. Session details and fees are displayed prior to checkout. No Refund Policy All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because consulting services provide immediate access to professional expertise, planning frameworks, and proprietary guidance, payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a missed appointment. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment using our online booking services, please contact us at info@decideinvestyield.com for assistance. Missed Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled session, the session will be considered fulfilled and may not be refunded or credited. Scope of Services Consulting sessions provide educational guidance and strategic planning support related to college, career, and financial decision-making. Participation in a session does not guarantee admissions outcomes, scholarship awards, or financial aid results. Family Participation Sessions are designed for the student and their parent(s) or guardian(s). One additional approved family supporter may participate when appropriate.
